I am Zoë Deraemaeker, a proud Land Surveying student at HOGENT. My passion for animals and nature is a major driving force in my life, and I spend a lot of time on it.
Additionally, I am a dedicated leader at the Chiro, a place where I have acquired valuable skills such as leadership, organization and planning, teamwork, and efficient communication.
The perfect mix of outdoors, indoors, and action!
I chose land surveying because of the versatility of the profession.
One of the main reasons is that I have the opportunity to work both outdoors and indoors. On beautiful sunny days, there's nothing better than being outside, enjoying the wonderful weather while doing my work.
But even when it rains or the weather is less favorable, I can still be productive as a land surveyor. Indoors, I can focus on drawing plans and analyzing data.
